CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a none refundable deposit at the time of booking for all services that cover any cancellations or no call no show NO EXCEPTIONS!! If appointments are kept, your deposit applies to services rendered. I do reserve the right to block any further bookings at any time. Absolutely No extra people with you please arrive by your self. No children, please . There is a 10 minute grace period any additional mins after there will be a late fee added at the time of service . PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME AND BY YOUR SELF.As of June 1st, 2025, prices will increase by $10, with no exceptions. Please note that my availability will be strictly enforced, and all appointments must be booked online at opulentnailbar.glossgenius.com. Deposits will be mandatory, with no exceptions. To ensure efficient service, please book all required services at the time of booking, as add-ons during appointments will not be accommodated. Before booking, kindly review the cancellation policy on the booking site. Following your appointment, please note that no changes can be made once you have departed, although I am committed to addressing any concerns during our scheduled appointment time.
